Conference Schedule at A Glance

To support global participation and foster a more inclusive experience, the Academy is presenting the annual meeting program across two primary time zones — Eastern Standard Time (EST) in the United States and Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT). This dual-schedule format is designed to increase accessibility, encourage real-time engagement, and accommodate participants from different regions of the world.

Sessions will generally follow one of two time zone patterns: Eastern Standard Time (EST, UTC-5) and Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT, UTC+11).  Please note that Daylight Saving Time in the U.S. ends on Sunday, November 2, 2025, at 2:00 AM Eastern Time, and the meeting will take place after this shift, in EST.

Convert the session times to your local time zone.

The conference schedule is subject to change. Please check back often for updates!
