When is the last day to submit an abstract?

The last day to submit an abstract for consideration in the 31st Annual International Meeting is 11:59 pm Central Daylight Time (UTC-5) on Wednesday, April 1.

When will I be notified if I will be accepted into the 31st Annual International Meeting program?

Notifications will be sent out in mid-to late June 2026.

Do I need to attend the conference if I am accepted? Can a co-author present if the main author isn’t available?

Accepted presenters must register for the meeting if they plan to present. Yes, a co-author can present in your place if you are unavailable.

Do co-authors need to submit a COI form?

Yes, anyone involved in the abstract must submit a disclosure form; otherwise, your abstract will not be considered.

Do speakers receive a discount?

ABM does not offer registration discounts for registration for accepted abstract submissions.
